    I have recently bought 2 Shelly Plus smoke detectors.

    The 1st one has been configured and installed without any issues.

    For the 2nd, although I have used the same procedure, it stays indefinitely in "pending connection" mode in the app.

    I have reset it (5 short pushes) at least 10 times without a better result ...

    When I'm adding it in the app, it is detected, configured via bluetooth, connect to my wlan but then nothing happens... ;(

    What else can I try?

  • Hello, I just encountered the same issue with my Shelly Dimmer 2.

    Using the web interface, after adding the correct gateway (router IP), rebooting the Shelly device and updating the firmware it is now working in the Shelly app.

    The firmware would not show the updates before configuring the gateway.
