2,5mm2 - green clamps

I can read on page 34 that you can use 2,5mm2 as wire cross section range with green clamps.

Where can I buy the pro1 with green clamps in Germany or how does this working?

thanks for clarification, just as comment if I have 2,5mm2 on I/O I have most probably just for usage also 2,5mm2 for L/N available especially if I replace an existing relay as I would like to do....
