I purchased 4 Shelly Plus H&T temperature sensors. Two of them work perfectly, occasionally (in 4 months) disconnecting once or twice, requiring manual reactivation. However, the other two disconnected one day (possibly during a firmware update), and haven't reawakened since. Manually waking them does nothing, though they do connect to Wi-Fi. The temperature and humidity readings remain unchanged on the display. It's as if they're completely dead. I've updated them again, and the temperature changed on the display, sending one value to the Shelly app, but they haven't done anything since and remain the same, with static temperature and humidity readings. I've factory reset them several times without success. I've also removed and re-added them to the Shelly app, again without success.
Any ideas? The store that sold them to me isn't responding to emails.
