To downgrade to v2.1.8 (use the relevant IP)

hi, as a newbie here, not absorbed all info...and therefore perhaps asking a question that seems stupid to the informed:
How do you apply the above, please?

right got it, just paste the sentence "http://192.168.178.xxx/ota?url=http:/…RV-01_build.gbl" to a browser with the correct ip for the TRV, and it reloads the previous version...
