Struggling to connect my Uni to my WiFi

Hi all,

Just received my first Shelly device and I'm trying to get it on my WiFi.

I've so far managed to add it via the shelly android app, but it just shows as offline constantly and never appears on my WLAN.

I also managed to access it's WebUi via its own SSID, and entered my WiFi network details through that (no special characters anywhere)

Tried DHCP and static IPs

Any advice please?

Does the Shelly appear in your router? Are new devices allowed in your router?

The shelly doesn't appear in my router, and new devices are allowed
