Device goes instantly to sleep

After few tries (removing and inserting battery and connecting to wifi) I was able to set my WiFi on the Shelly Smoke PLUS. However, I am not able to connect to it's IP. After I insert the battery, red and blue read comes on for a second, than dims and the IP is not responding. When I hold the button for 3 seconds, I hear loud 3 beeps, blue light comes on for a second and I'm connected to the web interface. However, after a second the interface says the device is asleep and I cannot configure anything.

Also, I didn't find anywhere how to factory reset the device so I'm a bit afraid to return it as is (with the WiFi setup).

Gotta press 3 times for wake and 5 for restart.

Not sure why it isn't included in any manual...
