After a few electric shutdown, 50 of my Shelly factory reset themself​, this is a nightmare !

    I have 200+ Shelly devices in my house.

    Today, i got a little storm in my town and a few electric shutdown.

    50 of my shelly factory reset themself.

    WTF ?!

    Can you allow us to desactivate this behavior, this is a nightmare to setup every again at 9pm !

    Maybe you enabled "Factory Reset from switch" in your settings....

    If you want changes in the Shelly Software, you should open a ticket at the manufacturer, this here is an independent public forum.

    Oh sorry i thought it was the official forum !

    There is not this option on Plug S and on my 1PM it is always disabled.

    Imagine a thief that power off quickly an entire house and reset all Shelly modules like that, this is a major safety issue !

    I'm gonna ask the Shelly support.
