fast on / off circle on a Shelly UNI when 2 conditions apply, possible ?

I would like to make a Shelly Uni to constantly switch on and off one of his outputs a several times per second under the condition that the Voltage is higher than 5 Volts and the temperature is lower than 70Celsius.
I tried several ways but wasn't successful so far.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

man braucht offenbar nur einen LM 555 weil der Shelly es nicht kann.
