1PM life cycle

    Hi,

    I have about 40 1PM devices installed in my house for a few years now. Some to use for relay, other for Temp addon for Door Window state or temperature/humidity sensors or PIR detectors.... I love those little devices.

    Last year they are started to die on me in no particular order or pattern. It can not be pinged, reset does not fix it. I had to replace about 8 already. One of them doing absolutely nothing. Waiting as backup device, just connected to 220V. Luckily ShellyScan app makes is backup/resore very easy in that case.

    Just wondering anyone else noticed this?

    I've actual 96 shelly in my productive home automation and here are 2 shelly are died without known reason.

    My mistakes are not counted. :D

    I have only one Shelly plus 1 PM. That unit just "burned" (see photo) after one year of usage.

    What is the best way to contact Shelly support? I think these should be 2 years guarantee?
