Script for Switching Multiple Shelly Devices off/on and Enable/Disable Schedule

Hi,

Looking for some help in creating a script which switches off a number of Shelly devices and disables schedules on certain device (so they don't turn back on). Don't really know where to start .

Scenario is I have a Shelly Addon which takes an input from an alarm system relay - when the alarm is armed, the relay (dry contact) closes. I want to switch off a series of Shelly devices (all on static IP addresses) and also disable the schedules set on some of these devices. When the the alarm is disarmed and the relay opens I want to switch the devices back on and enable the schedules again. I already have the input to the Addon working and can send basic on/off commands by hitting the url of a device but I want a more elegant solution which will switch off/on multiple devices.

Can anyone help with the basics for this script?

Do you want to switch the device itself on/off or do you want to switch the output of a device on/off?

good question about enable and disable scedules on remote shellies.

You can disable and enable a schedule. Check this:

In your script, create an http request to a url like so:

http://<IP>/rpc/Schedule.Update?id=<ID>&enable=false
