Error during calibration

Hello I start with Shelly 2 PM to pilot a roller shutter. When I start the calibration, I get the following error message:

"calibration failed because of invalid state was reached verify the connected hardware and wiring. Error: implausible_power_consumption_in_close_dir"

Looking on the site, the module does not detect tension and given the messages on the forum, there is no solution to solve this problem immediately, is that right?

No, because I didn't know I could change calibration-related settings.
