    Hi Support,


    I'm experiencing a fault with a few shelly1 devices.


    When i test current of L, I and SW = 229.30 Volts.
    When I test O = 3.9 Volts.


    The devices dont appear to be working at all and we cannot reset to add to another Wifi network
