    I have received the device, and when I entered AP mode to change WIFI, it indicates that it connects perfectly to the router, and indicates the IP, but when it exits AP mode, said IP cannot be accessed. If it is reachable when I re-enter AP.

    This does not occur with any other Shelly device

    To save power and to keep from heating up, the Plus H&T only stays on for a few seconds every few minutes. When the device is in deep sleep it will not respond to anything.

    You will either need to wake it up repeatedly with the button, or connect it to the cloud and configure it there.
