Somehow the dimmer won't stop calibrating. It's been doing so for the last hour, tried factory reset by pressing the small button on the device, any other suggestions?

Hi @joostvd , welcome to the forum.
- shelly take away from 230V
- after a short time waiting, 230V again connect
- in the first 60 seconds, 5x switch on and off
Thats' a hard reset of the device.

I have the same problem. (dimmer 2 at firmware: 20200615-133340/v1.7.2@e39e9c86)
Calibration starts (at least I see the light is going on and then off ), but the calibration is stuck at 0%.
I retried several times with different bulbs. sometimes dimmer 2 is not accessible through web-ui anymore.
I did a factory reset. didn´t help, too.
this renders my shelby dimmer useless.
edit: I have bought 2 of those dimmers. Now I tried the other one:
calibrating switched from 0% to 50%. light went off. and then back to 0% and is stuck at 0% now. -
I asked support. They were super fast and detected that I made a mistake in the wiring.
Now it´s working perfectly well.

So what exactly was wrong with your wiring? I did wiring like it is dicribed in the manuell.
