I have several Shelly H&T devices and one Shelly H&T Plus device. While most of the Shelly H&T devices can be set-up in a way to have cloud and MQTT in parallel, one Shelly H&T device and the one Shelly H&T Plus device that I have, cannot. If I configure those to report their measurements via MQTT then, when I try to integrate the device into the iOS app I get an error, that the device was already configured for cloud. If I look in the web interface I can click on the enable cloud integration and it seems to work, but then when I reload the page it is back to not enabled. When I configure MQTT for those devices those devices also ask me to reboot now. The other devices don't ask to reboot.
All devices are on the newest firmware. I also tried to reset the problematic devices to factory results and start the configuration from scratch. But this did not help.
Does anyone know more about this behaviour? Are there different kinds of H&T devices from a hardware perspective? Can I fix this issue somehow?
