and where can one acquire it? shelly plus 1 pm firmware upgrade says that there's no update available.

Experience has shown that it takes a few hours for the update to be made available for each device

ok, finally, my shelly plus 1pm has got the upgrade.
What fixed for me: voltage fluctuations (seem to be) gone, so the relay will not get switched off every 3-5 seconds.
What got broken for me: the complete web interface is now gone. The device still connects via MQTT and can be controlled, though.

0.11.0 for Plus 1PM has been reverted due to issues. FW 0.10.3 will be provided again for the time being. There will probably be a fix for it next week.
