No power data for 2nd channel

I run a Shelly EM to measure the power of 2 phases. I already found that phase II is connected with the Shelly and can switch the AC on that phase. The 2nd channel with a 50A clamp is used to measure that.

The 1St channel is used to measure our Granny Charger and results are approximately 50% ....so far ok BUT

The Shelly App is showing the data of channel I only.

Any idea?

PS: 1St channel was installed 1 year ago - 2nd is applied 2 Months ago

Solved - reconnecting the App did the job
