Shelly 2PM calibration issue

Hello,

I have an issue with the Shelly 2PM for controlling a roof window.

Basically, all works fine but after few minutes/hours it loses the calibration.

So I’m unable to close the window or to open it and the opening % does not meet the real window status.

For example if I set 0% the window is still open and I have to open it at 100% then go back to 0% and play a bit with up/down to close the window.

I reperformed the calibration a lot of times, but after few usage I still have this issue..

I have another window with the same setup and using a 2.5 and it’s working flawlessly.

Any advice?

Current firmware is 0.10.3 and I had the same issue with 0.11.0beta3

Hello,

I have this issue on all my Plus 2PM devices (total of 3). This issue does not occurs on Shelly 2PM.

I noticed that when the issue is detected, if I send the command to move the cover (up/down, doesn't matter the direction), the power consumption is always at 0W, despite the cover is moving properly.

After few seconds, I receive an error on the webgui related to the power metering failure (check wiring, hardware, etc).

As soon as I reboot the devices, they start to work properly and the calibration is restored. Then, after few hours, the issue is experienced again.

This issue is affecting 3 Plus 2PM devices and it's certainly a bug.

I have another 2PM installed on another window, same setup and wiring and this issue does not occur.

Please acknowledge.
