Group not being saved?

This has happened a couple of times now where I create and successfully saved (according to an on screen prompt) a group yet it doesn't appear in the groups list. I recall setting up a group a while back and it saved etc. didn't appear in the group list then the following day it appeared!
Today I have set up another group now waited over 30 minutes and it still doesn't appear? The group has 2 Shelly loads......for the life of me I can not see any reason why it doesn't appear in the group listing?

Sorted. It was a matter of understanding the hierarchy all good once I understood that. Learning curve...
