mDNS discovery not working

Hello,

I downloaded the bonjour SDK from apple but the device is not announcing itself via the mDNS protocol, what could be the cause of this?

I do see other devices, so I guess it has nothing to do with the protocol being blocked.

Ive tried the tool out and there too it does not give any records, maybe multicast is disabled on the network, otherwise I wouldn't know why it's not working.
