Can't set the time on device

Hi everyone!


I have the problem that I can not set the time on the device. I have set the timezone (tz) parameter to my location and I have also set the sntp server to time.google.com.

However, the time is incorrect on device.
Does anybody have any suggestion or way to solve this? Any help would be appreciated.

There is time on device, but it is wrong. Any idea on how to set it to my local time?

The time on the device is off approximately 8 hours. So I tried setting the timezone (tz parameter) and also setting the sntp server. Nothing has worked so far.

Also, the device itself is connected to my laptop per ethernet cable.
