Too big clamp 120A

    Hi!

    I'm running out of space in my home switchboard. 120A clamps are just too big. Can I use 50A clamps for measurements (with redoing the connector)? Now the clamps are installed, but in the opposite direction (negative power readings). For the above reason, the direction of the clamps cannot be reversed. Another solution could be software swapping of measured values....

    Actually good question…. Can we not just cut the cable and reconnect (soldering) the cables of a 50A clamp to it?

    I know we need that special plug to insert it to the 3EM.

    Has anyone already done this and is it working?
