Shelly Android App: Blank room

Hi all,

After adding Shelly Gas to a room, the room now appears blank in the app. After entering this room, the app is frozen/broken. I have to force close to be able to use again. This is the same on the Android app and the 'new' cloud website. On the old cloud website, the room appears to be fine. what should i do next? thanks!
