I/O Action url not fired on motion event

Hello,

I'm testing with a Shelly Motion and I want to execute a call to an http url when a movement is detected.
I setted this url:

 http://webhook.site/#!/65c338ec-f35d-4212-b635-640efb4c2b6a/ec481257-3a95-4ec4-8c2c-a58b9ce9c94e/1

in I/O actions, but nothing happens once the motion event is fired.
I have seen other related posts, but I don't see any final solution to the matter.
Any idea what is happening?

Hello and welcome to the forum.

2 options immediately come to mind:

the special characters may have to be escaped

or

It depends on the firmware version. My ShellyMotion sends all actions to my Homematic. I'm still running it with firmware 1.1.0.

As a test, you could do a downgrade via our firmware archive.

HI , same for me. my Motion URL works with that line :

http://192.168.5.20:80/api/xdevices.json?key=apikey&SetR=16

but it did not with :

http://192.168.5.70/relay/0?turn=on&timer=10 ( a light behind a shelly switch)

which is the format given by shelly in their API document. I I type this line in the browser, it works.

Any idea?

Your url seems to be right. Which firmware version is installed?

Please post a screenshot of your actions setup.
