    Good morning, I need your support. I'm trying to include z shelly H & T but was not able after dozens of tentatives.

    I add it without issues, but then it does not appear as a discovered device to include.

    Only two times it has appeared on discovered devices, but when I tried to include it on a room it vanished again. Did this happen to any of you? What should I do? Thks

    Press the button shortly, this will wake up the device for 3 minutes. this should be enough to find it in discovered devices and include it in a room.
