Is it possible to export data from the meter by obtaining the amount of energy consumed in relation to time (Kwh at a given hour)?

I would need this information because we have a two-tariff meter and the price at a low tariff is different from the price at a high tariff.

I would like to get the values of energy consumption and thus also money at a certain hour.

For example:

Electricity consumption between (high tariff) 06.00 in the morning and 22.00 in the evening was:

And consumption (low tariff) between 22.00 in the evening and 06.00 in the morning was:

For every day!
