How to make connection more robust following a power cut

The UK has suffered a lot of power cuts recently & I find that many Shelly devices fail to reconnect after power is restored. It _might_ be that they come back alive _before_ the wi-fi access points they connect through come back online, but I am not sure.

Is there a way to make the offline > connecting > online more robust?
