    thanks for the help but i could not find any good answer.

    The em3 is connected to the wifi network because the shelly cloud app has had it connected to the wifi network. But it does not send any data while the app says it can not connect to it.

    I have already installed a good number of shellys in peoples houses and always been able to solve any (not that many) issues.

    I got my em3 today. And i had the same problem. Enter SSID and password and Shelly disappears from my network. I had no problems with a Shelly Plug that also arrived today.

    My assumption network encryption. My WLAN uses WPA2+WPA3. And indeed. The guest WiFi set to an old encryption and the em3 connects to it.

    The good news. After a firmware update, the em3 can also connect to WPA2+WPA3-encrypted networks.
