Window blind closes and then opens a little bit

    I've had the Shelly 2.5 installed for over a year and now all of a sudden it started to behave differently. When you click close in the shelly GUI (original firmware) or you click close on the physical switch, the blind is closing fully, then followed by opening up about 10% (blind is open by 10cm from the bottom up).

    In the shelly firmware it shows as it being fully closed when it isn't. There is no safety function enabled which would reverse the blind if an object is detected.

    I've tried to update the firmware to the latest, I've tried to reboot the device. I've done the calibration twice but so far nothing helps.

    Any idea how to debug this problem? Thanks!

    This behaviour is strange and maybe not caused by the Shelly 2.5 but by window blind itself.

    I guess there should be an end switch which makes the bind stop at it's end position? Maybe it is broken and the motor continues to turn and wrap the blinds up again a little bit until the Shelly switches off (after xx seconds defined in the app). The 2.5 obviously does not recognize an end position.

    You may want to bypass the Shelly and only use your pysical switches to isolate the problem.

    Hi, have you solved an issue? I have similar problem. One of my Schelly 2.5 does a wrong calibration. It only rolls half a way down and does the calibration only withon upper 50% of blinds. All other work well.
