React on Power-Measurement possible without Cloud? (Webhook or Scripting)?

Hello,

I want to moitor a drainage pump. If the pump starts working, the consumed power will increase.
If this happens, I want to call a URL.

a) Is it possible to setup a a webhook with an adjustable power threshold?

b) Can the power value be accessed by scriptiing?

i was able to play with your example. (I'm using the 1 Plus 1PM)
Two weird things happened:

1. I do receive the power value and can use it in an if for comparision.
But I can't print the value with the print() function.

2. I also can't set a variable with its value and do some calculations.
I always get:

implicit type conversion is prohibited

Do you know, what the problem could be?
Do I need a kind of type-cast?
