I have a Shelly 2.5 device which shows "Locked" in the app. I've checked the Pin Lock for this device but it is disabled.
What can i do to access the device without pin?

Can you still access the shelly via the IP address in the browser? Otherwise restart the cell phone and if that doesn't help delete the shelly and re-integrate it into the app.
Hello, same for me. On the Ipad the devices react normally, on the Iphone-app the status of the devices (not all of them) is locked. I reinstalled the app on the Iphone, no result. I m affraid we have to wait on a update from the app. Annoying...
Hello, we got the same problem, my colleague has it now all the time with his new phone, with his older phone he had it sometimes same as me. when we use our credentails were we registed with its fault, no idea what this username and password must be. also in the settings the Pin Lock for this device is disabled.
some times it helps to stop the app completly and restart it, is helps for me. but not for my colleague, he even restarted his new phone or turn it off completly. nothing seems to help for him. we use the shelly to open and especially close doors at our work in the evening.
things we tried:
Restarting app ( after closing it complete)
Restarting phone
Turn phone off and on
Uninstalled the shelly app and reinstall it
does the device have a 6 or 12 digit id?
