Stucked with connection process - live support needed!

    I have some Shelly 1 units but I cannot connect them through android app. The network registered them (I can see them connected, with assigned IP address, can access their settings via browser) but cannot see them in the application. Is there anyone I can talk to? If yes, please contact me!

    Did you try to find them in the App under "discovered devices"?

    See: App main page -> menu -> 3rd item.

    Here you can select (new) devices and assign them to a room.

    Nope, there's nothing there.

    I tried them again but nothing worked. Again: connected to the network, the router assign IP address to them, has access through web browser with IP, same result from other phone too.
