everything working except for the app historical graph

dear team,
it hsa newest Firmware, I did reset.. but nothing helped till now, quite desperate
em3 shows perfect current consumption in web and in the app,
but the graph only shows zero.

what am I missing ?

Hey, are the Shelly Devices Up to Date?

Please check the Firmware Version and may Provide us the Firmware Version of the Shellys and the Shelly Cloud Version.
