Lost connection

Hi all,

i cannot connect to shelly 2.5 anymore.

I have tried the reset button as well as the switch method but still no success.

Power is passing through the device. When connected to control a socket or light, the socket or the light are still working.

The issue is that the shelly2.5 device is not connected to anything.

I cannot see the AP after the rest or anything.

Any ideas? How can i check if there is a problem with the device it self?

the connected switch is still working? so you can turn on/off the light with the switch? Then the hardware is not damaged and the reset button (hold for 10 seconds) should definitely work.

As i stated, everything is working. it is only the shelly that cannot be connected, cannot be restarted either via the switch or the reset button.

I had similar problems last week with my 3 year old shelly 2.5. First I had no network connection only the connected light switch was working. So I had to restart it by switching the Fuse off and on. It worked for several days again. Then the problems came back even worse. I realized the red led was flickering uncontrolled. Root cause was a faulty elco 100myF /16V. After replacing the shelly is running again.

there is no led on shelly 2.5!!!
