Unable to connect to Shelly Plus 1PM via the App while direct connection works

  • Hello,

    I cannot connect to my Shelly Plus 1PM via the iOS App (v2.0.2).

    It indicates "Device is rebooting" although it is up & running.

    I can connect to the device in HTTP without any problem!

    The device is operating well!

    I deleted and reinstalled the device several times, without success.

    Any idea?

  • Hello I had the same problem as you with one 1PM plus device out of 4 very strange, however the support

    told me that during the adding process in shelly app, I should select to "add device to cloud".

    After this the stubborn device got added properly - strange since only 1 device required this "remedy"
