Android Phone app update help

Can anyone point me to the help files for new app. in the old app I could open motion sensor- I/O actions- and setup what lights to trigger in steps, I don't see how to do this with new app update.

I logged out and back in, No change, There is no "quick action setup" like there was, I can still see it and use it on the web page, cloud, I am afraid to use the updated web page. Is there no quick action setup on the android app anymore?
