A4L stock - what will it be ?

Hello,
I hope this question is ok on this part of the forum.
As you may know Allterco A4L wants to trade its stock on Frankfurt, and not only in Bulgaria.

I own allterco stock and this operation is at the limit of my understanding of stock mecanism... I think I understand risks and benefits of it but what I am struggling with is to understand if there will be an IPO on Frankfurt or if the number of stock will not change, and if it is the case then how the trading will be affected.
