  • I am new to Shelly products. I have a new Shelly Flood and I am having problems with the installation. I have followed the included instructions and everything goes as expected until step 6 "save device." At that point I receive error messages that connection is lost or the cloud cannot be reached. Am I missing something? Is there a way to install this using a PC rather than a phone? I am using an iPhone.

  • Thanks, I found that I could access the Shelly Flood via my Windows laptop using the Flood's IP address. I was able to integrate the Flood into my my WIFI and into the Cloud using that interface. I hope I can use the iPhone app to accomplish this with future Shelly devices, but if that does not work, this seems to be an effective work around.

  • Yes, I read that, but in all honesty, I could not clealy understand. I found an explanation with a web search and was able to use my wondows laptop to access and integrate the Flood. Now it appears in Shelly Cloud and appears to be functioning well.
