I have a new shelly plug s that doesn't want to connect to the cloud. I also tried to connect from the web interface... also doesn't work. Other ideas besides factory reset?

Please check first the web-ui, and diconnect cloud if necessary. Then connect via app.

Thank you! I tried it, but the behaviour is a little bit strange. I disconnect the cloud in Web-UI and tried to connect the cloud via App. The App report an error that it couldn't connect. When I then look in the Web-UI it shows that it is connected to the cloud. But a extern access is definitly not possible.

And the Shelly has internet access with app?

Yes, it has. I will open a support ticket, may be they can change something in the cloud.
