Time to publish data to MQTT

How do I reduce the device publishing time (data sending)?

Is the data sending time parameterizable?

I'm using MQTT protocol in shelly EM.

Is it possible to configure the time that the device will make the Publisher in the broker (mosquitto)?

I would like to parameterize shelly to publish to the broker in 60 to 60 seconds.
