old MQTT API

Hello,

does the Shelly Pro 4PM also support the 1st generation MQTT API?

So that it can be controlled similar to a Shelly 1PM (just with 4 channels) without the new RPC API?

If this is not possible, it is quite useless, bescause I cannot be integrated in a existing automation setup.

They shellys work with mosquitto, thats clear.

But my fear is that the topics and the the corresponding values are not compatible, so that my hardware abstraction layer cannot hanlde the data.

I process all the data in one generic flow in node red; also there is the fusion with data from other sopurces linke LoRa.

And afterwards there is the real businness logic.
