Device showing offline/cloud disabled

Hi, i have 3 shelly vintage bulbs and 1 shelly 1 that i have recently bought. I tried connecting to the app but they wouldn't appear no matter what i did. I then set them up through their own APs and connected to the network with a static IP. i have then added them to the app using the IP method. The issue im now facing is that they are all showing as "Device Offline Cloud Disabled" however in AP mode i have enabled cloud. So in summary they are in the app but not useable, any ideas?

I have tried that but it doesn’t give me any options in the app it just says device offline cloud disabled. Pic attached

I have set up the WIFI MODE CLIENT on all the devices.... How do i know if they are set to work with each other? I have a netgear Orbi router
