    I am trying for the first time Door/Window2 sensor. I have two problems that makes this product obsolete:

    1. Even though the sensor is connected to the WIFI, as my router dashboard indicates, the status of the close/open does not change every time I separate the sensor from the magnet. The sensor is located 1 meter from the WIFI router.

    2. The alarm is just indicated within the Shelly app with no sound, notification in the notification android bar, or email. Even though it is set to send push notifications and email.

    My phone is Huawei P30 ELE-L29, Android version 10.
