Greetings... I have the Shelly 3EM and would like to cut off the power in any phase where the voltage exceeds 260 V or goes below 200 V . Is this possible ?

Hi, this is also my search. I need also do to grid down ofen. And comes back only with 1phase and usually under 200V :(. The over part is ok ... Can manage with ups on some things. But the under voltage is hard.
Please also can somebody help us
