Hello everybody,
I've been having a Shelly 1 for a while and it has been working perfectly to control the exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was installed in series with the switch because of lack of space and flexible enough wires. The switch that covered the Shelly is double, one for exhaust fan and one for the lights.
Yesterday, I decided that I had the time, energy and materials to finally change the setup and put the shelly in paralel with the switch. Before this operation the Shelly was configured in "disconnected" mode, even though it physically wasn't.
Now, after the rewiring, I cannot get the Shelly to connect to the network.
First time I put the circuit breaker back it didn't work (didn't connect to WiFi). (the switch and the Shelly ware not yet back in the wall). I reset the Shelly (5 times on and off - I wired the light switch to the SW input) and now I could see it connected to WiFi, but I couldn't connect to it. Since then I tried everything I could. I checked all the connections for voltage, I visually inspected the circuit (nothing looks burned), I tried resetting it (with 10, 12, 20, etc flicks), but without any luck. My Shelly won't connect back to the network, it won't create its own AP and it cannot be added via the Shelly app.
Any debugging ideas would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
