Both motion senser went offline I can not get them to work

I have 2 motion sensor and they both went offline this weekend. I try reset them to factory buy they go back to offline after setup

You know, that the battery-powerd Shelly are going in sleepmode? And in this mode they are offline in your WLAN.

I have no idea, how do I stop sleep mode?

The Shelly Motion wakes up normaly when a motion is detected.

Which firmware is installed?

Every time I do a movement it goes red. I do not think its in Sleep mode.
