shelly motion doesn't switch lights on

I've tried all three firmware versions and although the app shows motion detected, it doesn't result in the lights switching

Help please!

Okay cool , at least someone is getting a vacation..

Not sure what you need for information. I have a dimmer 2 and a 1 controlling two lights . I've setup the motion to switch both on at 'any time ' .

Both lights work perfectly via the Shelly units apart from the motion

Hi , I don't think the beginners tips are really relevant?

It's hard to screenshot the issue as the quick setup feature on the motion is multiple pages and the setup options are extensive too .

If I tell you the installation in the app is default and the motion is working (IE. The app registers movement when the motion is triggered ) - what else can I can tell you that I haven't already .

The 'command' for the Shelly motion is movement by a body, right ? So I'm moving and the light isn't switching on . How can I be clearer than that ?
